This is one of the most easiest breakfasts and is very healthy for you! All you need is:
A handful of Blueberries
Natural Greek Yogurt
Put about 3 tablespoons of yogurt into a bowl and chop up all of the fruit into little pieces. Add them all to the bowl and mix in well. Add a little drizzle of honey and shazam – simple, easy, very healthy and a very scummy breakfast that will last you right up until lunch time!
To mix it up you can throw a few nuts and seeds into the mix which is a good source of strength and you will be able to go to an Active Students session and feel super strong and ready to get going!
